A 30-inch extension pole for ceiling fans, finished in oil-rubbed bronze, for homes with high or vaulted ceilings where a standard downrod won't reach.
This Fanimation extension pole extends your ceiling fan's reach, letting you mount it at the ideal height for proper air circulation and comfort. The oil-rubbed bronze finish coordinates with many fan styles and adds a subtle, warm accent. It's a simple, durable solution for optimizing fan placement in rooms with taller ceilings.
Best for
- Great rooms and two-story entryways with ceilings higher than 10 feet, where a standard downrod leaves the fan too high for effective airflow.
- Bedrooms with vaulted or cathedral ceilings, allowing you to position the fan for optimal cooling and lighting.
- Covered patios and porches (damp-rated), where the extension pole helps place the fan for maximum breeze.
- Living rooms with sloped ceilings, providing the extra length needed to hang the fan level.
Not ideal for
- Rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings, where a 30-inch extension pole would place the fan too low.
- Installations requiring a shorter drop, such as close-to-ceiling mounts.
Style and finish
The oil-rubbed bronze finish offers a rich, dark brown-black tone with subtle highlights, complementing traditional and transitional decor. It pairs well with fans featuring bronze, brass, or wood tones.
Materials and care
Constructed from durable steel with an oil-rubbed bronze coating. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
Sizing and fit
This pole measures 30 inches in length and 1.5 inches in width, fitting standard ceiling fan downrod systems. It is designed for use with Fanimation fans but may be compatible with other brands (check compatibility).
