A 3-light bowl fitter for ceiling fans, finished in rust, designed to add warm, functional light to your fan.
This Fanimation bowl fitter replaces your fan's existing light kit or adds lighting where none exists. The rust finish brings an earthy, industrial vibe that suits rustic and farmhouse interiors. The three 50W halogen bulbs provide ample illumination for living spaces. Rated for damp locations, it's a versatile choice for covered porches or bathrooms.
Best for
- Ceiling fans in living rooms, family rooms, and bedrooms needing integrated lighting
- Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Replacing an outdated or non-functional fan light kit
- Homes with rustic, farmhouse, or industrial decor seeking a warm rust accent
Not ideal for
- Spaces with low ceilings where the bowl might hang too low (check your fan's clearance)
- Fans with non-standard light kit mounting systems (verify compatibility)
- Areas requiring bright task lighting - this is ambient, not focused light
How bright is it?
With three 50W halogen bulbs (not included), this fixture produces approximately 1500 lumens total - comparable to a single 100W incandescent bulb. It's suitable for general ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms, but not for task-oriented areas like kitchens or workspaces.
Light color and feel
Halogen bulbs emit a bright, crisp white light (around 3000K) that closely mimics natural daylight. This makes colors appear vibrant and true, ideal for spaces where you want a clean, energetic feel. The light is not dimmable with standard dimmers unless the bulbs support it.
Sizing and fit
This bowl fitter measures 6 inches in diameter and height, making it compact enough to fit most ceiling fans. It's designed to attach directly to the fan's light kit mount. Ensure your fan's mounting bracket is compatible with this model.
