A 5-inch black flat track light head for kitchens, home offices, and retail spaces that need compact, energy-efficient accent lighting.
The Continuum series from ET2 brings ultra-slim, field-adjustable track lighting to modern interiors. This flat head snaps into the Continuum track system and provides clean, directional light. The matte black aluminum body is lightweight and paintable to match your ceiling or walls, making it a flexible choice for remodels and new builds.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and countertops where focused light helps with prep work
- Home offices and craft rooms that need directional task lighting
- Retail displays and gallery walls where you want to highlight merchandise or art
- Living rooms with sloped or vaulted ceilings where track lighting adds flexibility
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces where you need a primary room light - at 300 lumens it is best for accent and task use
- Installations without a Continuum track system - this is a track head, not a standalone fixture
How bright is it?
300 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 25W incandescent bulb. It provides focused, directional light for tasks and accents, not whole-room illumination.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white creates a soft, inviting glow similar to traditional incandescent lighting. With a CRI of 90, colors appear accurate and vibrant, making it suitable for spaces where color matters. The integrated LED is dimmable with a Triac dimmer for adjustable brightness.
Sizing and fit
Measures 5 inches long, 1 inch wide, and 1.5 inches high, weighing just 0.6 lbs. It is designed to snap into the Continuum track system, which can be cut or extended in the field to fit your space. Ideal for ceilings 8 feet or higher.
