A 44-inch 9-light chandelier with graceful double arms and white linen shades, finished in flat black - a statement piece for dining rooms and foyers.
The Astor collection pairs textured accents with graceful double arms and radiant white linen shades. The flat black finish gives the sweeping silhouette a crisp, modern edge, while the linen shades soften the light into a warm, even glow. It is a classic transitional look that reads equally well in traditional and contemporary homes.
Best for
- Dining rooms with 9-10 ft ceilings, centered over a 72-96 in table
- Two-story foyers and entryways where a large-scale chandelier anchors the space
- Open-concept living and dining rooms that need a wide, dramatic focal point
- Transitional and traditional interiors with black accents and neutral palettes
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for indoor use only
- Small rooms or low ceilings where a 44.5-inch width would overwhelm the space
- Rooms where you want a bright, task-level light - this is an ambient fixture
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With nine E12 bulbs at up to 540W total, this chandelier is designed for ambient and accent lighting rather than as a primary task light. Use LED bulbs rated for the brightness you want.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs you choose. The white linen shades diffuse the glow into a soft, even wash that flatters warm wood, brass, and neutral interiors. Pair with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer for evening ambiance.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 44.5 in W x 22 in H, with a 6 ft chain and a 4.75 in W x 0.79 in H canopy. The 44.5-inch width suits large dining tables and two-story foyers; hang so the bottom of the fixture sits about 30-36 in above a table.
