A contemporary 1-light cord pendant with a clear glass globe and brushed bronze finish, perfect for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Spirit 10 Clear Pendant from Besa Lighting features a clear glass globe with an interesting circular optical pattern blown as an additional layered ring along the interior wall. This sculpted layer creates a dramatic play of light onto adjacent surfaces, while the modest display of the lamp filament adds a subtle glow. The cord pendant is equipped with a 10-foot SVT cordset and a low-profile flat monopoint canopy, finished in brushed bronze.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row for a modern, sculptural look
- Dining rooms, providing a warm, ambient glow above the table
- Entryways and hallways, adding a touch of contemporary elegance
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Breakfast nooks and casual seating areas
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is rated for damp locations only
- Spaces with low ceilings, as the 10-foot cord may need to be shortened
- Rooms requiring bright, task-oriented lighting, as it uses a single 60W bulb
How bright is it?
With a single 60W E26 medium-base bulb (not included), this pendant provides approximately 800 lumens, similar to a standard incandescent bulb. It is best for ambient and accent lighting, not as a primary light source for large rooms.
Light color and feel
The clear glass globe and exposed filament create a warm, inviting glow. The color temperature depends on the bulb you choose; we recommend a warm white (2700K-3000K) for a cozy atmosphere. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
The overall dimensions are 10.62 inches wide and 8.25 inches high. The canopy measures 5 inches in diameter and 0.62 inches in height. The 10-foot cord allows for installation on ceilings up to 9 feet, with excess cord to be trimmed or coiled.
