A 12-inch outdoor wall sconce with a black metal frame and clear seeded glass, designed by Kevin Kraemer for wet locations.
The Lucian collection is a distinctive outdoor lantern series known for its architectural lines. The rich black finish is complemented by lightly clear seeded glassware, adding both style and texture to outdoor spaces. Made from metal and glass, it is built to withstand the elements and comes with a 25-year warranty on corrosion and a 5-year warranty on paint defects.
Best for
- Entryways and porches flanking a front door, where a modern lantern adds presence
- Patios and decks that need ambient lighting
- Garages or side doors where a single light provides safe passage
- Contemporary exteriors with black trim or modern siding
Not ideal for
- Large walls where a taller, more substantial sconce is desired
- Installations requiring a dimmable fixture - this model is not dimmable
- Spaces where a completely enclosed glass shade is preferred
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. It accepts one 60W incandescent or LED bulb (not included), which typically produces around 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W bulb. That's enough for a welcoming entry light, but not for lighting a large driveway.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. With a warm white LED (2700K-3000K), it casts a soft, inviting glow. The clear seeded glass shade adds a subtle texture to the light.
Sizing and fit
Measures 5 inches wide by 12 inches tall with a 6.5-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 5 inches square. This size suits most standard exterior walls and works well on either side of a front door. It is hardwired and includes mounting hardware.
