A slim 1-light pendant in brushed aluminum with clear glass, made for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Henley pendant pairs satin aluminum metalwork with a clean cylinder of clear glass, so the bulb and its glow stay part of the look. At just 8 inches wide it reads as a quiet vertical accent rather than a statement piece, which makes it easy to hang in pairs or rows over a counter. The 98-inch overall drop suits tall or vaulted spaces where shorter pendants get lost.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung singly or in a row of two or three
- Dining rooms with 9-12 ft ceilings where a long drop is an asset
- Foyers and stairwells that need a narrow vertical accent
- Modern and transitional interiors with aluminum, chrome, or glass hardware
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms, covered patios, or any damp or wet location - rated for interior dry locations only
- Rooms with 8 ft ceilings if you need the full 98-inch drop; the pendant will hang too low
- Anyone wanting a wide, multi-bulb statement over a large island - this is a single 8-inch-wide pendant
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With one 60W-equivalent E26 bulb it delivers roughly 800 lumens - about as bright as a standard 60W incandescent. That is good task and accent light over a counter, but not enough to light a whole room on its own.
Light color and feel
Color temperature follows your bulb, not the fixture. A 2700K-3000K bulb gives a warm, inviting glow that flatters wood and stone; 4000K reads cooler and more modern. The clear glass shade lets the bulb show, so a decorative bulb is worth considering. Dimmable with a compatible dimmer.
Sizing and fit
8 in wide x 8 in deep x 98 in high overall, 5 lbs. The narrow 8-inch profile works over standard 36-inch islands and in tight dining nooks. Check your ceiling height before ordering - the 98-inch drop is designed for tall rooms, and it can be shortened during installation.
