A compact 8-inch flush mount ceiling light for hallways, bedrooms, and closets, finished in satin black with smoke glass.
The Henley flush mount combines satin black metalwork with a smoke glass shade for a moodier, more contemporary look than a standard clear-glass ceiling light. The glass is half-mirrored - the top is mirrored and the bottom is clear - which softens the glare while still letting light through. At 8 inches wide and 10 inches tall, it suits tighter spaces where a hanging fixture would feel crowded.
Best for
- Hallways and entryways where a low-profile ceiling light is needed
- Bedrooms and closets that need general ambient light without a hanging fixture
- Modern or industrial interiors with black hardware and dark accents
- Pairing in multiples down a long hallway for even light
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for interior/dry locations only
- Rooms where you want maximum brightness - the smoke glass softens and warms the output
- Very large rooms as the sole light source - one 60W bulb covers a small area
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you install. It takes one 60W medium-base E26 bulb (not included), roughly 800 lumens with a standard incandescent. The smoke glass diffuses some of that output, so expect a softer, more ambient feel than a clear-glass fixture.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is set by your bulb choice. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb gives a soft, welcoming glow; the smoke glass adds a slight tint to the light. The fixture is dimmable, so pair it with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb if you want to adjust the level.
Sizing and fit
Measures 8 in L x 8 in W x 10.25 in H and weighs 4 lbs. The 10-inch height works with standard 8-9 ft ceilings. Mounts flush to the ceiling, so it will not interfere with doors or tall furniture.
